Canon PowerShot D10 Waterproof Digital Camera
The Canon PowerShot D10 12.1 MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.5-inch LCD is an affordable every day usage camera. It can stand up to the rough and tough lifestyle of many while providing quality photographs and even high definition video recording, all in a package that only weighs a few ounces and is smaller than an iPhone. Perhaps the greatest feature of the PowerShot D10 is the generous 12.1 megapixel lens that will capture your images in stunning detail and beauty. When compared to other capture devices of the same quality, such as the Flip Video MinoHD, the PowerShot D10 provided a clearer, more consistent picture quality in every situation tested, including moving images.

The PowerShot D10 offers the ability to take a quick succession of snapshots so you can quickly capture the right moment even if your subjects are not ready. You can specify anywhere between three and six shots to be taken nearly instantly so you always manage to get the perfect shot and never a missed opportunity. Aside from the quick shots capability, the other major feature of this camera is the gorgeous 720p HD video recording that features image stabilization so there is less blur while recording. The only downside to this is there is no optical zoom when recording, but the ability to digitally zoom makes up for this somewhat. The sound capture device is also less than stellar and only features monotone sound, but for someone who wants to use the camera not a camcorder, this should not matter.
The 3x optical zoom is a nice additional feature that includes image stabilization for taking gorgeous moving shots. The camera also has a viewfinder feature, which is great for beginners and is extremely easy to use. Scene detection is also available in this mode. This will help you capture your shots from many different angles, even if they are wide view or telescopic shots.
The 2.5-inch LCD is crystal clear and sharp and provides a great look at the many functions offered by this camera. Canon's signature PureColor LCD II technology also makes it so the LCD is as sharp as can be, even when viewed at an angle. The screen has also been coated with a highly durable anti-reflection coating that will keep you from having to adjust your shots to avoid glare on the LCD. In addition, Night Display mode is available for viewing shots in low light.
As you can see, the Canon PowerShot D10 12.1 MP Waterproof Digital
Camera is a great all around camera.
